During my many years in the construction business one of my responsibilities was to conduct the 1-year home warranty on newly constructed homes. My belief has always been to treat each home as if it were my own. I refuse to cut corners and my goal has always been to make sure each homeowner walks away as happy as possible. I have since brought this level of quality and commitment to my home inspection business and work to make sure that you too walk away happy and informed. Arkansas Home Inspector

What separates my business from other inspectors?

I like to operate my business in a way that makes my clients feel as if they are my only client. And they are for that day of the inspection. I perform only one inspection a day. I don’t want my client to feel rushed if they have questions or concerns. You never know what you’re going to run into while performing an inspection. So rather than rushing through an inspection I take my time. I like to meet with my clients afterwards and do a complete walkthrough, pointing out what I have found. I don’t want to cut them off because I’m running late to get to another inspection. I devote my undivided attention to all my clients until all questions they might have, have been answered. I have been told from many other Inspectors that I could make a lot more money by doing two a day. With me it isn’t always about the money, but the service that I provide for my clients.
