Home Buyer Inspection

Buyers want to know that a home is safe, structurally and mechanically sound, and free of health risks. Our inspection will provide a solid foundation of knowledge about the home, its components and systems. In addition to reporting any deficiencies or potential failures, our inspection report will include maintenance tips and other information to help protect your investment.

Home Seller Inspection

For the seller, we will conduct a comprehensive visual inspection – inside and out. The report will identify deficiencies that must be disclosed to potential buyers. It will include recommendations for repairs that may enhance the marketability of your home. A professional home inspection can help you sell your home faster at the highest possible price. A pre-sale inspection is a valuable marketing tool.

New Construction Inspection

This is the final inspection conducted on your new home prior to closing. Unfortunately skills and ethics can vary among different building contractors and their employees. Issues can accidently be missed or overlooked by building code inspectors. For most people the home purchase will be the biggest investment in their life. Protect yourself and your investment.

Home Warranty Inspection

Normally home warranty inspections are performed during the 11th month of home ownership. This is the owner’s chance to find any issues that may have developed before the 12 month warranty expires. For those that purchased a new construction inspection a 10% discount is offered.

Home Maintenance Inspection

The homeowner can protect their investment by having an annual home maintenance inspection. This is a full inspection that covers all areas covered by the buyer and seller inspection. It will provide you with a detailed assessment of your home and outline areas or systems that may need maintenance or attention. This can save you substantial funds by addressing issues before they develop into substantial problems.
